1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Loremaster:

• Google profile data: name, email address, and profile image, provided through Google OAuth when you sign in
• User-created content: campaigns, characters, narrative entries, and uploaded images
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and AI generation requests
• Payment information: processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details directly

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Generate AI-powered content based on your input
• Monitor and improve Service performance and reliability
• Communicate important Service updates

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features, your prompts and relevant campaign context are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic processes this data according to their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We send only the minimum context necessary to generate useful responses. AI-generated output is stored as part of your campaign data.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored using the following services:

• Neon (PostgreSQL): account information, campaign data, and application state
• Cloudflare R2: uploaded images and media files
• Vercel: application hosting and server-side processing

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google: authentication via OAuth
• Stripe: payment processing
• Anthropic: AI content generation
• Vercel: application hosting and analytics
• Cloudflare: media storage and CDN

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data and user-created content within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your user-created content
• Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Children's Privacy

Loremaster is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
