We're very proud of the improvements we made going from synDCon 2010 to synDCon II: Part Deux, but we know we can do better. Please provide your feedback on this thread's topic. Don't be afraid to tell us what we did wrong -- we want to improve -- but don't forget to tell us what we did right -- we don't want to change that.

Please note: This is a polite forum. Criticism is greatly encouraged. Flaming will be met with violent spell-casting.

This year we had in house two retail shops (Walt's Cards and Beautiful Brains Books and Games), six authors (Danielle Ackley McPhail, Mike McPhail, Vonnie Winslow Crist, Kelly Harmon, Jean Marie Ward, and Diane Whiteside), five game publishers (Pinnacle Entertainment Group, Ed Elder of Steve Jackson Games, Hal Mangold of Green Ronin Publishing and Atomic Overmind Press, and Nevertmet Press), two gaming clubs (NERO LARP and Avalon LARP), an internet radio station (Beyond8Bit Radio), a non-gaming exhibitor (5 Hour Energy), and several people published in the gaming industry (Matt James of Loremaster and published with Wizards of the Coast and Kobold Quarterly, Dave Chalker of Critical Hits, Mike Surbrook, and Mike Shea of Sly Flourish).

Do you have any suggestions for next year?
