    the compendium only listed one, and it was shadow snake lunge.



    the VENGEANCE , was what I wsa having fun with last night...


    and the compendium as a suck issue about that, it only looks through the names and not the power sources

    Perhaps this is a good supplement piece to appear in Dragon at some point. It is also something you could cobble together using other shadow powers. Some work would be required to make sure that it keeps the original class feel, but could be a great way to see what sort of things the player who is playing the character feels about combat and effects and such.

    I would just ask your DM if you can change the power source to shadow. The broken-down mechanics of a 4e power are just numerical benefits. Rename, refluff, and repurpose!

    FYI: I did this with my latest Bladesinger character and the DM loved it. The character would never use Necrotic powers so I repurposed it with another (Radiant) power source.

    BAM! -- instant fix!

    I switched my swordmage from piercing (short sword) to slashing damage (longsword), after the 1st adventure, BAM fixed.
