I am really glad that other gamers show respect for continuity. To some players it really matters. That does not mean that things cannot be altered in your game if that is your choice but from a DM perspective it is a lot easier to establish immersion if there is consistency. Then there is no need to discuss reboots and which event should have happened when. Great piece Matt, and we can use Star Wars to relate to anything. It is the power of the Force.
