    Westlake
    Westlake is a popular town located on the western edge of the Lake of Shadows. Wide and diverse populations travel through Westlake during the warmer months of the year seeking exotic trade, opportunity, and adventure.

    Taverns & Inns
    • The Green Chain, famous for its beef dishes and sour porter brew.
    • Tavern & Inn of the Crossroads. Owned an operated by a family of elves.
    • The Mare and Champion, a small tavern that is connected to the town's thoroughbred racing track.
    • The Fife and Baron, a preferred location for listening to music and stroytelling.
    • Inn of the Pink Hedgehog, famous for its garlicky pork.

    It is my goal to create several locations together and tie them into one larger region. This will allow readers to follow along and develop a story of their own--or use mine.       Hey Matt, a village dwarfs that I had and translated into English by the parameters of the town that was presented. Due to dyslexia and that my mother tongue is not English, there may be misspellings. There are limits to what Google Translate can do. I have a few more ideas to villages and towns in the area if you want them just say, if someone like more details about Bardinhold, do not hesitate to ask.

      Bardinhold
      Bardinhold is home of small community of dwarfs, in the hills that runs east from the Desertsmouth mts. Called after the founder of the village, Bardin Metalboot and his dwarfs Brigade that killed the goblin tribe that used to live in that cave, and called it their home.

      -Stonerake: Is a small tavern at back of the cave that local miners visiting at the end of their shifts.
      -The golden cave :inn & tavern notable for its golden color entrance and its splendid meat and mushroom stew.
      -Bardin’s: the main tavern in the village, where weddings, name days etc. are happening.

      Tanur

      Once prospering town nowadays Tanur, is a shell of its former self, built on a hill side in the lycanthropes infested daggers hills. Most of the buildings out of the wooden walls are now burned rake and the people that did not escape into the fortified part of the town, were all killed. If there is need for adventurous, it was never more desperate.

      Taverns & Inns
      Harvest maid: one of the few taverns left in the town. Run by Agatha Keshat who lost her husband in the big attack.

      Other Points of Interest in Town
      -Ronald Street: once a nice street, nowadays full of refugees from out the fortified part, with no home and no food, crime and despair rule here.
      -Corps pool: Temple of Chauntea, the two priests that run it, summoning food for the poor and homeless.
      -Gada home: The only person that survives the attack in the out town was gada oxshoulders, he stayed in his home, surrounded by wooden wall with several shaved lycanthrope heads on Pikes scattered in the yard.
      -Lizabeth home: Lizabeth is today’s town hero, the old witch helped guarding the walls on the night of the attack. In true, Lizabeth worships Asmodeus, and with her new acquired influence she she intends to rebuild the town as the Asmodeus worshiping community.
      -Tanur wall: Wooden wall, 25 feet tall and 9 feet wide, that surrounds the central part of the old Tanur. Nowadays, there are Militia guards on the wall 24/7, led by town defender Bernard Shokar.

      Nearby Farms
      -Dermal farm: The Dermal family lives in their farm for many years. All of them are lycanthropes, and that’s way their farm didn’t -demolish on the attack. In the Farm grows mainly grains and vegetables, the farm has a barn and big farmhouse built of wood.
      -Hemarn farm: Once a large farm for breeding cattle and sheep, today the farm is ruined, after a raid of werewolves.

      -Before the attack, the wealthy people were in the low part of the town, so “getting downhill” was a term for good Fortune. But today, the phrase refers to someone that is going to be killed.
      -Food supply is short after the attack, but the Militia members get fresh food in their barracks.

      -The lycanthropes gets themselves ready for another attack on the town.
      -Three children disappeared form Ronald Street and are missing for more than two days now.
      -Group of adventurous tells that Hemarn farm is haunted by lots of undead.
      - Treasure hunter found gold in the ruins of the lower town part.
