After 2 days of searching, hitting the big stores like thinkgeek and jinx, I concede that I can not find that T shirt anywhere. Thinkgeek has inflatable dice, dice in soap, and wooden dice. Jinx has every other T Shirt under the sun but not even the ones the D&D website says they have I don't think D&D is in the clothing business anymore. If someone finds it please post it.
As a side note there are a lot of ampersand t shirts...

I believe I located it. It was a special shirt that Rzawear did last year. It was the same time they did the custom D&D shoes contest. Sadly, this probably means I will not find it being sold any longer :(
